Shipping & Pick Up
Because we sell from two different locations, international shipping costs might be doubled during checkout. We will refund you for one of the faultily charged costs!
All products are shipped from our stores in The Hague, The Netherlands by a Pluk & Paloma® team member.
Shipments usually leave our stores in 1-3 working days after placement of the order, unless otherwise specified. All shipments are handled by PostNL.
Shipping within the Netherlands is free when you spend over 100 euros. Shipping to Belgium is free when you spend over 125 euros. For the rest of the world shipping costs are always paid by the customer. Costs for return packages are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for any import taxes due upon delivery. We are not responsible for reimbursements of the costs of items lost by any mail carrier.

Local Pick-up
Pick-ups are available in our stores during opening hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up including the address of the store where your order is available. Please wait till you receive this email, usually within 24 hours. If you ordered items from both locations, we need an extra day or two to get your pick-up order ready.
