Shipping & Pick up
Because we sell from two different locations, your shippingcosts might be doubled during checkout. We will refund you the double costs!
All products are shipped from our store in The Hague, The Netherlands by Pluk & Paloma’s owner Anca Huizenga or an assistant.
Shipments usually leave the office between 1-3 working days after placement of the order, unless otherwise specified. All shipments are handled by PostNL.
Shipping within the Netherlands is free when you spend over 100 euros (excluding Sale). Shipping to Belgium & Germany is free when you spend over 125 euros (excluding Sale). For the rest of the world shipping costs are always paid by the customer. Costs for return packages are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for any import taxes due upon delivery. We are not responsible for reimbursements of the costs of items lost by any mail carrier.

Local Pick up
Pick ups are available in our stores during opening hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Please wait till you receive this email, usually within 24hours.
If you ordered items from both locations, we need an extra day to get your pick up order ready. On the product page you can see where the product is in stock. Please leave a comment when placing your order if you prefer a certain location for your pick up.
