Maintenance:
The silicone can be cleaned with water and mild soap. Wipe the beech wood with a damp cloth. A wipe also works perfectly for this! Let air dry. A Chewie cannot be boiled, in the sterilizer or in the dishwasher.

Our Chewies are all tested and certified to the European Toy Standard EN71 and are made by ourselves, piece by piece, by hand in the Netherlands. Our team consists of mothers and professionals in childcare. The safety of your little one is of the utmost importance.

We aim to ship your order the same day during opening hours. Shipping will be calculated during check out. International shipping costs may be doubled when ordering from both baby and kids stores. We will refund any double shipping costs.
FREE Pick Up in our stores: Usually your order will be ready for pick up the same day during opening hours. However, it might take 24 hours when we need to collect stock from both locations. Please wait for our confirmation email.

Returns can be made within 14 days after receiving your order. You may return your order at your own cost or return it in store. Sale items are not eligible for a cash refund. Items from Archive cannot be returned and will never be refunded.
Exchanges are possible in our stores, but if you want to exchange online we ask you to return your product(s) and place a new order for the product(s) you’d like in return.
